About this Event
Materials Included. Learn how to paper quill, this art is also known as paper filigree, an art form that involves rolling and gluing thin strips of paper into various shapes and arranging them to form designs. This art of rolling paper strips is fun and easy to learn! In this class you will learn more about materials and how to use them, you will learn useful techniques and basic shapes of paper quilling by a systematized tutorial. Participants will know how to compose a pendant for a necklace or earrings using step-by-step methods, you will be rolling paper into different coils, pinching them to form a shape and then gluing the shapes together to create a Jewelry design for you to wear. All paper quilling Jewelry is waterproof, so you can wear your Jewelry on a daily basis.

The Greenwood Hub brings choice to diverse fun family shared environments as this is an Arts and Crafts program-on-wheels which can easily reach anyone at their location! Workshops are designed to provide creative opportunities for anyone who wants to learn new skills and be energized and inspired. Participants of varied experience levels, ages, and backgrounds work side-by-side, exchanging ideas and techniques or I offer one-to-one classes as well.
